REPAIR—REFURBISH—MANUFACTURE
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can
refurbish/repair your hydraulic cylinder regardless of length or
diameter. We can machine a new rod, machine a new piston,
gland or barrel. We build your hydraulic cylinder back to OEM
specifications. We test and paint your hydraulic cylinder
before it is delivered to you.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can
refurbish/rebuild your hydraulic pump(s), motor(s), valve(s),
and swivel(s). We build and test each unit before it is
delivered to you.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can loosen and/or
tighten your rod nut(s) with our state-of-the-art custom build
torque wrench. We can looser or tighten any rod nut up to
50,000 foot pounds of torque.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. will hone your
hydraulic cylinder barrel prior to the unit
being reassembled. We insure that your barrel is free of
burrs, scratches or scars. We will flush your barrel with a
non-corrosive liquid to insure that all honing dust and any
other foreign matter is removed.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can repair any damaged rod or cylinder eye. WE can weld any rod or cylinder eye and bore to OEM size.
PARTS—NEW CYLINDERS—PUMPS—MOTORS—VALVES
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can design
and manufacture a new hydraulic cylinder to meet your specific
need or to replace the old obsolete hydraulic cylinder in your
system.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. maintains a parts
department to compliment our service department. Our parts
department is open to the general public. If we do not have a
specific part in stock we can usually have it in house within 2
to 3 days.
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can order you OEM hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, swivels, packing and other parts at a very completive price.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. operates designated pick-up and delivery routes for our customers. We would like to add your business to one of our routes. We also provide individual specific pick-up and delivery services. We provide pick-up and delivery services in North Carolina and southern Virginia.
HARD CHROME PLATING
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. offers hard chrome plating for a variety of parts including rods and sleeves regardless of length or diameter.
CUSTOM MACHINE WORK AND CUSTOM BORING WORK
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. can do your custom machine work on one of our engine lathes and do your custom boring work on our 4” jig mill.
EXCHANGE UNITS
- CAROLINA HYDRAULICS, INC. has over 200
exchange units in inventory to help minimize your downtime. We
are constantly adding units to our exchange inventory.
